The Historic Chester Business Association (HCBA) will present its 10th annual “Cruise-N-Shop” Car Show on Sunday, Aug. 1, in downtown Chester to benefit The Cancer Hope Network, a not-for-profit organization that provides free and confidential one-on-one support to cancer patients and their families.
